Refund Policy
We want you to love your painting. Here’s how refunds and returns work.
1. Before the proof
You may cancel your commission at any time before you approve the digital proof, with a full refund. Just email us at admin@paintbot.com.
2. After proof approval
Once you approve the proof, we begin producing the physical piece. At this point we can no longer cancel the commission, but we’ll do our best to make it right if you’re unhappy:
- Revisions. Every canvas commission includes two revision rounds; Heirloom includes unlimited revisions. Please raise concerns within 14 days of receiving the piece.
- Reprints. If the finished painting does not match the approved proof, we’ll reprint and reship at our cost.
- Damaged in shipping. If your parcel arrives damaged, photograph the damage and email us within 14 days. We’ll replace the piece at no cost.
3. Digital files
Digital files are non-refundable once delivered, but we’ll happily rework the palette or crop until you’re happy.
