Shipping Information

Every PaintBot canvas is hand-packed in Richmond, Virginia, and shipped with tracking.

1. Processing time

Digital files: 3–5 business days. Canvases: 10–14 business days. Rush service available for +$59.

2. Domestic shipping (United States)

Free standard shipping on all canvas orders within the continental United States, delivered in 3–5 business days by UPS Ground or USPS Priority. Alaska and Hawaii are billed at cost.

3. International shipping

We ship to 37+ countries via DHL Express. Rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on destination and canvas size. Duties and import taxes, where applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient.

4. Packaging

Each canvas is wrapped in acid-free tissue, sealed in a moisture-barrier bag, and packed in a double-walled cardboard crate with foam corner blocks. Heirloom pieces ship in reinforced wooden crates.

5. Tracking

You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as the piece leaves the studio.
